🛍️ Order Policy

• Orders are confirmed after full payment is received or as per prior agreement.

• For event bookings or large packages, it is preferred to place the order at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

• Urgent orders will be processed based on availability of materials and staff. We cannot guarantee product availability on the same day.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of personal details (name, address, phone number). We are not liable for any delays or errors caused by incorrect information.

💳 Payment Policy

• Accepted payment methods: K-Net, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (if available).

• All prices include local taxes (if applicable), unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are not included unless clearly specified.

🚚 Delivery Policy

• We offer delivery to all areas within the State of Kuwait.

• Delivery time will be scheduled upon order confirmation, and may vary depending on peak times and seasons.

• Delivery fees vary by area and will be communicated in advance.

• Balloons are delivered in perfect condition, but we are not responsible for any damage after delivery due to heat, improper storage, or handling.

🧾 Cancellation & Return Policy

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery time, and a refund will be issued after deducting any costs already incurred (such as customized items or printing).

• No returns or exchanges are allowed after the items have been prepared or used, especially for inflated balloons or ready-made arrangements.

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data will not be shared with any third party, except when necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., delivery or payment services).
